Trained by you. Without you.

كيف يعمل

How it works

  1. 1

    Interview

Rafiq asks your best barista how the shop runs. About fifteen minutes, out loud, in Arabic or English.

    Listening

“Eighteen grams in, thirty-six out, twenty-six seconds.”

  2. 2

    Generate

The answers become modules, quizzes, roleplays and hands-on tasks, then get translated into every language on the floor.

  3. 3

    Train

Each worker gets a six-character code. They open it on their phone, pick their language and start.

اسأل رفيق

After training, the questions keep coming.

What temperature should the milk fridge be. How do I refund a card payment. Which cloth is for milk. Three weeks in, a worker still walks over and asks whoever is on bar, or guesses.

Rafiq answers instead. The same knowledge base that wrote the training sits on the worker’s phone for as long as they work there.

  • Asked out loud or typed, answered in the language the worker chose. Wet hands talk, a barista beside a grinder types.
  • Only from what the shop said, never general café advice. When the shop never said it, Rafiq says so and sends the worker to the shift lead.
  • Every question is logged, so the dashboard shows what the floor asked and where the training has a gap. The handbook is there in the worker’s language too.

The same lesson, three scripts

One lesson, written once and translated with the shop's own vocabulary kept intact. The worker picks a language on first open and never sees another.

المستندات

Rafiq also writes the handbook you never had.

The same knowledge base that makes the training makes the paperwork: an employee handbook, standard operating procedures and a food safety sheet, in every language your team reads, ready to print.
